Last Ride is a dramedy about cab driver Helge (30). While working late one night he meets Tiril who has escaped from a class reunion and begs for a ride home. Throughout their dialogue we learn that Helge actually went to high school together with Tiril, but worse, confesses to her that she bullied him and marked him as a loser and an outsider, which troubles him many years later. Their different viewpoints escalate to a conflict no one prepared them for. Though they were once two opposites in the past, they might not be so different after all today. The film has been financed by Filmkraft, The Norwegian film Institute and The Audio and Visual Fund and is the second short film from writer & director Fredrik Lillegraven.
