Norway’s equivalent of The Room
Director Christer Aase and lead actor Berat Haxhiu were supposed to make "the toughest Norwegian action film ever", but the result was the opposite. The film was butchered by the press after its Stavanger premiere. In the years since, the film has become a huge cult phenomenon and is known for its level of entertainment.
Roy Hafrsfjord makes a living as a pickpocket. When he travels to Stavanger to swindle a large sum of money in a poker tournament, he gets a surprise: There he meets his brother, who has now become a police officer. At the same time, Roy is mistaken for a professional assassin by the criminal organization Ulver. Because of his family background, he ends up in a dangerous game from which he is unable to escape.
