About the Event
Stage Door: Acting Without Borders is a casting industry event exploring how actors navigate the international screen industry. Led by international casting director Olga Lyubarova, the event offers practical insight into how casting processes work across different countries and how actors can present themselves professionally in today’s film and television landscape. During the event, participants will learn about professional materials such as CVs and showreels, international casting platforms, and how actors communicate with casting directors and agents. The programme will also explore how performers can build sustainable careers while working across different creative markets. The event will take the form of a structured presentation followed by a Q&A session with the audience. It is open to professional actors, emerging performers and anyone interested in the film and performing arts industry. Participation is free and open to the public.
